    Parent Teacher Conferences

    Friday, October 2

Friday, October 2nd is Parent-Teacher Conference Day! As with most things this year, PTC will look a bit different due to social distancing guidelines. You can choose to conference with your student’s teachers via a Google Meet OR a phone conference. There will be no school for students this day but students ARE ENCOURAGED to attend these meetings.

The links below will take you to Sign-Up Genius where you will need to find your student’s teachers (divided up by grade level) and choose an available slot for the teachers with whom you want to conference. Remember: you do not need to conference with all teachers in your student’s schedule.

There are directions once you click on the links, but please remember to include the following in EACH of your sign-ups: adult name, student name, phone number, and whether you prefer a Google Meet or a phone conference. If you don’t specify, teachers will be unable to determine if they need to set up a Google Meet or not.

Please make sure you are selecting time slots of your students’  teachers since all teachers in each grade level are listed.

We very much appreciate your support as we endeavor down these different ways of student and parent engagements that are new to all of us.
