WHAT TO WEAR TO PRACTICE:

Workout Clothes: Shirt, Shorts, Sweatshirt, Running shoes, Socks, Water Bottle.

8th Grade - 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135, 140, 150, 160, 175, 220, HWT

Girls - 80, 90, 100, 108, 115, 125, 133, 140, 150, 150+
